Shipping Costs and Options
Standard shipping cost is $10 and express shipping cost is $15. Any order made that have a total amount of order above $65 will qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard Australia post shipping time frames are applicable. However, due to covid-19 and uncertain lockdown restrictions, delays may occur in delivery of the product. Any order once received is packed and shipped in 48-72 hours.
We only sell and post in Australia. Our products are only sold in Australia.
We do not sell or ship internationally.
Missing and lost packages

Returns or refunds
Change of mind
From the date of order, for the full priced items, customer has 7 days to cancel or return the product if they had a change of mind. If the order is not booked for shipped yet, customer can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist them. Once, the order is booked for shipping or received by customer, if the customer had a change of mind within 7 days from order date, customer can contact us at email@example.com and a return shipping address will be provided. Shipping charges of the return will be paid by the customer.
We do not do change-of-mind returns or refunds for any product on sale once the order has been shipped or received by the customer.
Faulty or damaged product
Customers are required to make an unboxing video when their parcel is received. If the product is faulty or damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you with your query. Any claim for faulty or damaged product without the unboxing video attached, will not be considered, hence rejected.
No order made can be returned or refunded after 7 days from the date the order was made.
After your order is complete and processed, you can cancel your order in 1 hour following the online order completion time by contacting email@example.com. The payment refund will be processed in 3-5 business days to the designated customer account. However, any order cancellation request after the given time frame will not be considered.
